3D environment / Prop artist - stylized-realtime
Roarty Digital is looking for a driven and talented artist to join our team remotely. We are looking for a 3D Environment / prop artist that is excellent at creating stylized realtime/game assets from start to finish. This rockstar would be both proficient in hard surface and organic objects (for games) as well as texturing and materials. We are looking for artists who are interesting in building a verity of different stylized props and environments. Interested? more info below:
Who you are:
· Strong portfolio showing great poly modeling for games (must)
· Strong portfolio showing stylized assets
· Strong skill set at UVs
· Strong examples of hard surface and organic modeling
· Strong texturing ability for realtime (stylized)
· Strong understanding of substance painter
· 3+ years experience as an environment artist in the video-game
or VFX industry and/or post secondary education
· experienced with Maya
· Experienced with Zbrush
· Experienced in Substance painter
· Located in B.C. preferred
· Great team player, self motivated and can communicate well
· very strong understanding of a real-time workflow for characters
Hi-poly to low poly game mesh, texturing, materials ect.
· Experience creating Cinematic/post production assets a plus
