Hair groomer / real time

Our team is looking for an excited, driven, motivated and talented real-time artist to join our team remotely. We are looking for an artist that is willing to learn and develop there skills among some of the industries best. In this position you will build on your skill set and pitch in to help in all aspects of hair/card creation on world class AAA projects. Interested? more info below:

Who you are:

·         Strong examples and experience as a hair groomer for games

·         3+  years experience as a character artist in the videogame
or VFX industry and/or post secondary education

·         Knowledge of Maya

·         Experienced with xgen

·         Very familiar and experienced with creating hair cards

·         Strong examples of highly realistic hair

·         Experienced with UE

·         Experienced with Marmoset

·         Great team player, self motivated and can communicate well

·         understanding of a real-time workflow for characters
Hi-poly to low poly game mesh, texturing, materials ect.

·         Portfolio with strong realism

·         Strong understanding of xgen to game hair creation
